A possible future letter from another tasing victim:

I'm sorry I was asleep and you were forced to tase me.

I'm sorry I showed you my ID and you were forced to tase me.

Both link to the same story about a North Braddock, PA man who was tased in his sleep by police officers responding to a silent alarm at the man's home. No charges were filed by the local DA.

Hell of a way to wake a guy up. Cold water in his face would have been more humane. Or how about just hollering at him real loud?

Seriously though, do the cops offer any justification for tazing the guy? 'Cause I can't imagine any.

Well shit, that's a different story altogether.
That's seriously F'ed up.
I hope things work out for him.
At the very least I hope those guys are fired from the police force.
Better if they see some jail time or civil suits.

Just found this piece again, wanted to check it out after doing some online research after 2 people in my country died due to tasering.

I believe i may have misspoke, and wanted to come and say so. I still think the guy's a bit of a doofus, but he didn't deserve to be tasered. It was a clear case of unnecessary force, and a terrible waste of a witty remark.
