I put a tablespoon of Elderberry concentrate in my morning tea which is also chock full of Vitamin C and sweetens my tea just right.
Since the cold season started, I've been fighting off every that's passed through my office via co-workers and customers along with every that's been brought into the house via my husband who has a cold more often than not. A has only got it's talons firmly hooked into me once this cold season, but even that was short lived, a total of three days and it was eradicated. .
This past week, I've been waking up with a pre-sore throat and somewhat congested, but after I drink my tea, I'm A-Okay for the day. This morning, though, I woke up more so congested and headachey. I'm feeling better now though.
I take a multi vitamin at lunch with my soy and I also take one of each of the following at night with my homemade chocolate, caramel chai mixed with vanilla soy and chilled: Vitamin C, Multi-B Vitamin, Calcium with Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin E, and Selenium.
