Atheism getting too much good press?
According to CWN (Christian World News) the American press is giving atheists a free ride and is too critical of Christianity.

8%? That's pretty generous compared to numbers I've heard before. That's some good press, thanks.
Why should stories about atheists and atheism be more than 20% negative? Are atheists bad people? I don't think so. Some of my best friends are atheists. I had dinner with some atheists just a few months ago.

I used to belong to the "Atheist Island" board/forum that one Evil Will owned. He allowed the religious and agnostics like myself to post there. I also belonged to "Universist" forum that one Ford Vox owned and he also allowed the religious to post. Those atheists seem to be all for free speech. Wish I could say the same for some religious groups.

My wife was an atheist Jew. She was a "cultural Jew"...born and bred in New York City...well, Long Island...she never gave a damn.
