Mixed results - it didn't look too pretty (I "lost" some of my casserole dishes in the move so it was a little thicker than I would have liked) but it tasted good! Thanks so much liv, I would have been lost. And plenty of leftovers for, um, breakfast tomorrow :yup:

Ya, I think I'm going to have to purchase an appropriate dish if I make a habit out of this. My 9 x 11 utility Pyrex is just too big for this kind of job. I'm glad it was tasty, though. My leftovers made a great next day microwave lunch. :yup:
