Pioneer Woman is great and all but this is definitely my new favorite. I've made the Lemony Zucchini Goat Cheese Pizza which was absolutely incredible but super simple. I decided to tackle the Espresso Chiffon Cake with Fudge Frosting for Malloch's bday and while we won't cut into it until tonight the bits I snuck during assembly were heavenly. I don't have tons of layer cake making experience but I gotta say it was easier than I assumed it would be from the title.

The espresso cake was goooooood. Like I need to get rid of the rest of it so I'm not sneaking in and taking another slice for the next two days.
