I've been wondering if maybe something like this happened:

Demi targeted slim for vig killing, and was killed as a result (because of the bomb; he was revealed to be night kill immune in his card flip). You'll notice Kael is the one who hammered slim and also died. Now, that's a powerful friggin' bomb, but maybe there's a compensating weakness now that he's gone. The only part I don't get is why the nightfall scene had to be held up after we lynched slim. Maybe he has discretion as to whether to asplode, in case it's a fellow scum who hammers?

I was guessing that he got to pick who got killed by the bomb. As in, Mega (the GM) had to wait for slim (Mega) to PM him the name Kael before he could post the death scene for both.

Good theory about Demi getting killed by slim, though. She's a vig, and he is night immune, so it does fit.

I figured he had the option of choosing who to take down with him. Maybe limited to the votes on him. Or at least he had the option whether or not to do it.

But if Demi died because she targeted slim what happen to the decepticon night kill?

Yeah, I know that's the obvious interpretation, but if we posit he kills whoever kills him, then it explains Demi as well. Which no one has taken responsibility for yet, despite the dwindling number of people who could. I'm pretty sure the only ones left it could be is you and me, Steve, and I'm no vig.

Crumb, in that scenario it's liv who was the scum kill.

I'm not sure I buy that scenario, anymore. I still have not seen any good explanation for why Adam can see slim's actions but Kael couldn't.

You are missing the point...

How can a shot have even been fired at liv when Adam says he was viewing slim? How can a shot have been fired by Demi when Adam saw slim do it?
Only a possible busdriver could explain things if you want to assume slim could nightkill personally AND blow up and Autobot on the way out (unlikely). I think slim simply gave orders...nothing more.

Demi firing at slim, and dying that way, does not add up because what happens to the actual scum kill? There should have been two autobots dead at daybreak right?

I certainly did not fire a shot and even if I did HOW DID ADAM SEE SLIM FIRE IT? (makes no sense bey).

In response to Adam's "Why 4?", regarding Gonzo and Crumb, and after further consideration, it would be impossible anyway seeing as slim never 'hid' behind Crumb so I am ready to discount that possibility.

Still leads back to your read though Adam.

HOW ON EARTH DID YOU SEE A "BOLT OF ENERGY"? If there were no bolt fired from either of them. I do not believe it's possible, considering his role, for slim to have fired it as an action because this would be too powerful a role and unbalanced, imo.

But, again, something doesn't add up. Why can Adam view slim? If the explanation for Kael was that slim was technically only the instrument and not the actor, then the same logic should apply to Adam.

If Kael was roleblocked in some way, then we're talking about evidently two roleblockers, because the same thing would have to happen to Gonzo. How likely is that?

I have a forcefield! It can be used on myself or others.
I DID NOT protect liv night 1 so that is why Adam was never clear of my suspicions and why I was never completely sold on his story about the "bolt of energy" directed at liv!

This is also why I was suspicious of JA's posts. Perhaps I just took them too personally but I'm still not totally convinced yet.

Don't freak too bad about the 'protector' coming out Autobots....I think some of you suspected anyway and I believe scum could easily figure it out by now with all the claims accumulated.

A jailkeeper is like a 'paranoid doctor' (protects and blocks simultaneously) but unlike the paranoid doc I am aware of this fact.

I didn't trust ANY of you guys night 1, and I was a little 'paranoid' so I shielded MYSELF. Also I didn't want to risk blocking any Autobot's night actions that could glean important information.
Also. If I protect/block a decepticon then they know my identity and EVERYTHING...risky.

My plan:

Lynch one scum and I block the other.

Why us three? Has it been us 3 all the time, or those are the 3 you can block tonight, based on ... I dunno, using up some cards in previous nights or something. Are we mentioned by name in your role PM, and if so, I imagine you must have been working on some theories on your own about what we have in common or why it's us or something. Anything you care to elaborate on?

Here's what I don't get...Why are you so sure slim could not have carried out the scum kill? Why would his having a revenge kill power preclude his being designated as the killer on any given night?

Unless Kael was blocked in such a way that caused him to take no action, which Gonzo then accurately saw. I dunno how likley that is either.
