Favorite Type of BBQ?

Spun off of Ronin's Rendezvous thread, what's your favorite BBQ? (Not the style, but your actual order)

For me, it's all about a pulled pork sandwich (Memphis style is what I'm most familiar with), extra sauce, with slaw. I won't say no to a slab of ribs, however.

Most often, due to proximity to home, sliced brisket at Rib Crib™. If I happen to be in the vicinity of The Westerner in Tulsa, sliced pork loin sandwich, or up in Bartlesville, Dink's Special (sliced brisket sandwich with the best sauce in the West).

Pulled or chopped pork on a white bun with coleslaw, vinegar-based or mustard-based sauce. Which I am missing very much here in Houston. Making Boston butt in the crockpot tomorrow for a poor imitation. My parents keep me in my favorite sauce from the next town over back home.

OR

Brisket with mustard-based or no sauce. Texas only.

This is relevant to my interests as I just got back from eating bbq. I prefer a pulled pork sandwich on homemade bread with the tomato based sauce. Add a side of macaroni and cheese and seasonal vegetable. The meat has to be so tender that it almost melts in your mouth or it ain't right.

My fav is all-day smoked, then charred beef (London broil or round roast) with a spicy tomato based sauce. Bread optional, but it should be substantial, not some cheap bun.

I just had bbq today, too, and it was close to this. I had pulled pork dry with no bread, cole slaw, and baked beans. Okay, so it's nothing like yours.
