Sonoma Bear claims that just a touch of horseradish is all it takes to ruin his taste buds for a week. But, then again, he likes blue cheese.:puke:

The condiment in this recipe is lovely. It very nicely offsets the spiciness of the rub.

Blue cheese is food, horseradish is paint remover. Simple. Easy enough to understand. Any questions?

I don't like horseradish sauce.

I prefer horseradish straight.

I'm personally not a fan of mint toppings. You can blame it on tasting mint jelly. Mint is best fresh and used sparingly or muddled at the bottom of a glass.

agree on fresh and very much agree on muddled. fresh mint chutney with mint, cilantro and serannos or habaneros straight out of the garden is almost reason enough in its own to have a vegetable garden.
