When you try to go to the site it says it was pulled for violating the TOS, but they don't say exactly how it violated the TOS. It might have been something like using code to artificially inflate his Google ranking, though. It's probably not because of the lawsuit threat, because their TOS expressly states that blog authors "represent and warrant that ... Content is not pornographic, libelous or defamatory".
At first I read that as a requirement that bloggers not post libelous content, but on closer inspection I think they're just protecting themselves by shifting the responsibility any accusations of libel to their users.
