Help me dance the Sambal

One of the treasures I got in my secret santa this time (from Pan Narrans -- thank you!) was a jar of Indonesian Sambal.

I need recommendations about how best to use it, as it's something I don't know anything about.

I'm open to suggestions!

The simplest way to use it is with peanut butter on a sammich.

Use it as a cold condiment with curries, or any meat. Or add a dollop into stews and curries and things during cooking.
