Default Editorial in my local paper about Stewart

A syndicated column carried in my local newspaper (I couldnt find it online although I am sure that it exists) said that 42% of americans think that Saddam Hussein had something to do with September 11th and Al Queda in spite of the fact that the Bush Administration had repeatedly said that they had nothing to do with eachother

what the fuck

What really made my irony meter sling a fucking rod was that the editorial was about Jon Stewart and his recent appearance on Crossfire and the other day Jon Stewart on the Daily Show actually talked about the same stat and about a "fog" perpetrated by the Bush Administration that lead to this belief.

The spin is incredible.

Damn. Now I want to read it.

What is the name of the newspaper, who authored the editorial, and what is the first line, please. :D

And you do realise that when I too cannot find it online, I'll be forced to tantrum until you produce it online yourself, right?

for example, a mid-October USA Today/CNN/Gallup Poll finds 42 percent of the public thinks Saddam Hussein was involved in the September 11 terror attacks, despite the Bush administration's repeated denials of any such link.

No, no, no, beyelzu! I want Stewart, Mr. Jon Stewart, I tell you!

After having spent the last we while looking around some local Florida newspaper, you bring me this?!

I'm shocked and appalled, mah man. Shocked and appalled.

So, um, does that link contain the Stewart references? Shall I wander across there now, or shall I go to the supermarket first? :chin: hmmmm... Indecision Thursday 2004....

(My emphasis.)

"Saddam! 9/11!"
"Saddam! 9/11!"
"Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11."
"Saddam! 9/11!"
"Saddam! 9/11!"
