Apparently that people drill and plan for emergencies, and that sometimes the emergencies they drill and plan for actually occur in a very similar manner, and/or within a very short time frame, to the simulated scenarios, is proof of conspiracies.

Because it is ludicrous to drill and plan for situations that are reasonably likely to occur, have occurred enough to cause concern, have been threatened to occur, or can even be considered imminent.

I'll respond by pointing out that, while it would be astonishing and would raise many entirely valid questions if there had been a training drill that matched the real bombings exactly, it would be entirely unremarkable if the training drill matched real life only partially. For this reason, those who want to tout their pet conspiracy theories will exaggerate hopelessly the degree of resemblance. It's a species of confirmation bias.

So, replace "almost exactly" with "not very much" in Jerome's twighlight-zonery and see what happens.

Gorilla Sales Skyrocket After Latest Gorilla Attack

The trouble with your premise, the operator of the training exercise was on live tv explaining how the drill was a mimic of of the real world event that was currently happening, they were lucky to have the troops in the right place at the right time.

You know, this whole gorilla attack at the mall was likely a conspiracy to allow the government to justify disarming the populace. Just like other tyrants did. First they took their peoples' gorillas, then they sent them to FEMA camps. I bet the whole thing at the mall was staged, and then covered up.

This is very similar to the polar bear attacks by those Zoroastrian terrorists on the London Underground. Please explain to me how on the exact same day the government was running emergency response ops to staged polar bear attacks, there were polar bear attacks in those exact places.

The "operator"* stated it was "almost precisely" the same scenario, and that was what the journalist wanted to hear. But if you listen carefully you can hear how different the training session was from the real thing.
