It's around. :shrug:

Not in plague proportioons, but when we take the kids to the park there's always discarded bottles around. Of course it's hard to notice the bottles in the sea of discarded syringes.

Yah, I get that. I never claimed that there is no such thing as litter. I just observed that it's not that big a problem where I live and wondered if it's really that big an issue where other people live.
